About the event
The WINGA/WINGEA conference and Red Arrow Veteran Association (RAVA) 106th annual reunion will take place 28-30 April 2023 at the Chula Vista Resort and Waterpark. Registration and lodging information is on page 2 of this communication. Friday evening the 28th of April when you arrive there will be a registration table for the event run by Wisconsin National Guard Soldiers where you will be provided an itinerary of events and I will also have a Red Arrow Veteran Association registration table where you can check in and be provided a schedule of our events. The registration table for both WINGA/WINGEA and RAVA will be available from 1500hrs to 1930hrs. Following your registration, you will be encouraged to participate in the Ice Breaker/Trade Show/Alumni Reunion Tailgate and hospitality rooms, the uniform is Casual/Team sports attire, a chance to show your support for your favorite sports team.
